Each course is divided into sections and lessons.
The introduction will give you some background information on the set, its benefits and requirements, and provide you with the basic skills you will need to practise the lessons that follow.
This section will give you detailed instructions on how to perform each exercise.
You will find an instructional video that you should watch through. Feel free to pause and repeat any sections that you would like to recap.
You will also find within each lesson illustrations and guidance for the movement, including key benefits and focusses, and some useful do’s and don’t’s to help guide your practice.
Finally, there is a follow-along video that you can use to practise with once you have learned the basic movement. Simply find some space and time, press play, and practise the movement alongside the instructor.
There is also a complete follow-along video for the entire set, once you are ready to practise it in its entirety.
When you feel ready to test your knowledge of the set, you can answer a short set of questions designed to make sure that you have understood the key theoretical and physical points of the course.
At any point, you can leave a comment or question, and an instructor will get back to you. Please be patient! We try to answer as many queries as we can within 48 hours – but sometimes it may take a little longer.
