Heaven and Earth/Opening the Chest

In this lesson, we begin with the first two movements in a sequence of classic Tai Chi exercises.
Combining the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, this flowing sequence movements is the perfect introduction to your Tai Chi training.
You will find two videos for each exercise.
The first is an instructional video that is designed to teach you the movement – and can be paused and sections replayed whenever you like.
The second is a follow-along video that should be used once you have learnt the basic movement, and is designed for you to play from beginning to end as you simply follow the clear instructions and follow the movements of the teacher.
